Pep Guardiola’s side made it to the quarter-finals of the Champions League after their 8-1 aggregate win over the German side.

During the post-match conference, Guardiola was moody due to the snub he felt by Roberts.

“Julia Roberts years ago came to Manchester – not in the 90s when Sir Alex (Ferguson) was winning titles and titles and titles. She came in the period where we were better than United, in these four or five years, right?

“Even if I win the Champions League it will not compare to this disappointment I had.”

“And she went to visit Man United. She didn’t come to see us,” Guardiola cried out during his post-match press briefing.

Following the Spaniard’s comments, Manchester United took to their verified Twitter page to taunt Guardiola with pictures from her last visit while typing a sarcastic tweet.
