Nigerian rapper, Ycee has slammed singer, Wizkid for taking a shot at Nigerian rappers and the rap industry.
Expressing his disappointment at the award-winning singer, he noted how rappers work so hard in an industry that doesn’t favour them.
He pointed out how many rappers have nothing and lack funding, and support.
Taking a dig at Wizkid, who was once a rapper, he stated that failed rappers are always the ones who have the most to say about the genre.
“This thing wey Wiz dey do no make sense. Rappers work so hard in an industry that doesn’t even favor them. No funding. No support. No nothing. And you wanna make fun of that? Nah G. That is not it.
